About the SAA

The Sawnee Artists Association is dedicated to providing a rich visual arts experience for Cumming and Forsyth County residents. Among our many members are painters in oil, water color, acrylic, and other media; potters, wood turners, 3D artists, photographers and others. During the year there are many opportunities to participate in shows and exhibits. Anyone, regardless of art ability, is welcome to join. Join SAA

Next SAA Meeting - Monday, August 23

This Month:
Anne Brodie Hill will be our guest speaker tomorrow night at the SAA meeting. Anne is a member of the National Marine Artists and past president of the Georgia Watercolor Society. She plans to do a demonstration on "How to Paint Water." This is a subject that can give even the best painters trouble. If you have had an opportunity to view her paintings of the different bridges crossing Lake Lanier, you will realize that this will be a demonstration you won't want to miss.

Anne will bring you a program that is not only informative and worth your time but it will also be highly entertaining. Hope to see all of you tomorrow night!
